Kenyard Taylor grew up in foster care in New Jersey. Nobody handed him a roadmap to money, technology, or the future — so he went and found one himself.
In 2021, working a regular job in Charlotte, North Carolina, he started teaching himself crypto and blockchain the way most of us learn anything now: from his phone, one question at a time. Every time something finally clicked, he wrote it down in plain English so the next person wouldn't have to struggle the way he did.
That habit became a community. His Facebook group — named for the idea that started it all, "It's Invisible Because It's Digital" — has grown to more than 600 members: working people, parents, skeptics, and late starters, all learning together without anybody talking down to them.
Today iiBiD is the home of that mission: a book, a weekly podcast, and free guides that turn "this stuff is not for people like me" into "wait — I actually understand this."
Because here's the truth he teaches every day: you are not late. The door is still open. You just need somebody to explain it like a person.
